Found on a desk at one of our placement schools:
Why is an English teacher like a judge?
You might also want to look at this But anyway...
After some arguments with the University computers, the site
should now work. If there are any pages missing it's because we
don't have any material to go in that section, so get writing!
The suggestion was made that we could also use this site as
a social area and diary, so if you have any messages you'd like
to give to the rest of the group then send them in. We now have a messageboard - behave yourselves!
With regards to submitting content: It appears that my modem has been damaged whilst moving house, so I can't currently check my home e-mail - sorry if you have tried to send something. My remote address is jhsanders@sociologist.com, use that for the time being.
You could also send things on disc, or give me a ring if it's a website or book suggestion. If there is a worksheet or any additional literature, please put it in Word format or provide information as to
where it can be obtained. If it is handwritten, I don't mind typing it up but would prefer things to be in electronic format if possible (anything but PDF).
As usual I apologise for the uninspiring design, but if anybody
has an old copy of Paint Shop Pro 4 they want to...give...me, it
would look much better :-) Also, the MMU network seems to hang up
on Flash animations, so no flashy introductions or things flying
around the screen (*sigh*).
Still, it's here, and it works. Hopefully.
Jenny.
